Vegan for the animals. For the atrocities committed on our most innocent sentient beings, I will be vegan for life, which will be a long one as the health benefits are an added bonus. All animals, every single one of them deserves THEIR life!

Animals are sentient beings who deserve respect and care. Animal farming is also harming land and ecosystems due to its harmful practices of over-crowding and over-medication. We have healthier and ethical alternatives to eating meat!

Enslaving animals, upsetting the eco balance, deforestation, poluting water with leftover materials in slaughter houses, reducing the nutrient and taste in plant based diets, destroying the atmosphere with opening new coal mines that pollute our air...

Till the end of my days.

It was 17 years ago that I made a lifelong pledge to be vegan. Veganism was the logical choice for me as someone who opposes all forms of oppression. It made no sense to neglect animals in my consideration that no one should ever be harmed or exploited.

Life is important to me, I don't need to live on death and misery, so why should I?

I see two or three road trains loaded with cattle go past my place and feel sick to know that they will suffer a frightening death. I have goats and they are happy. We use them to make our soil fertile.

I don't want any animals to suffer. It makes me feel sick to think about what they go through.
