The Vegan Australia Accredited Business program is the trusted benchmark for cafes, restaurants and food service providers committed to serving authentic vegan dishes, enabling their vegan customers to order with confidence.

Vegan product certification

The Vegan Australia Certified program sets the standard for authentic vegan food and products in Australia. The logo indicates that the product does not contain animal ingredients and none of the manufacturing or testing processes involve animals or animal products

Supporting major vegan events

Vegan Australia provides financial support for major vegan events, such as World Vegan Day, Vegan Festivals and Vegan Expos. By partnering with city and state vegan organisations, we help bring communities together and inspire change.

Submissions to inquiries

To help promote veganism as mainstream, Vegan Australia lobbies governments by making submissions to inquiries ranging from animal issues to agricutlure, the environment, education and health. We always encourage involvement from our supporters in these public consultations.

Vegan Australia carries out research in a range of areas, including the most effective ways to promote veganism, how to counter the marketing techniques of the animal industries and the impacts of a vegan agricultural system.
