I'm vegan because animals should have the right to live a safe life, free from abuse and exploitation.
Protecting animals and the planet matters to me. The suffering and environmental damage caused by animal agriculture and fishing are enormous, and I want to be part of the solution rather than the harm.
My husband, myself and my 2 year old are proud vegans. Veganism is the baseline. Kindness is free, and the options for alternatives are now endless. We should all align our values with our actions and live vegan.
Why do the majority of humans find the killing and eating of some animals, principally herbivores, unremarkable and inculpable, while killing and particularly eating other animals, especially humans, is reflexively condemned as repulsive and taboo? See thecannibalguy.com
Being vegan is my way of showing how much I love animals. I'm not prepared to be part of a world that exploits these beautiful sentient creatures who suffer immensely at the hands of humans.
Vegan? For life! For all creatures great and small!
Veganism means a kinder world where every living being has the right to live free from harm, exploitation, and suffering.
I pledge to never again use or consume animal products. And to consider animals and the planet in all my future choices.
Being vegan is important to me because I believe that all sentient beings deserve the right to live and feel respected the same way that I would want all human beings to be.
