Don't want to be part of a system which inflicts unnecessary suffering on animals? Want to help make a better world? Here are a few things you can do:

• Learn more about why we should be vegan and how to live vegan.
• If you are new to veganism, join the 30 day Vegan Easy challenge.
• Talk to your friends about why you are vegan and help them with their questions.
• Post photos or vegan articles on social media for your friends to see. See News for some items to post.
• Spread the word on social media.
• Sign up to our regular newsletter.
• Attend a vegan event, bring your friends.
• Check out our Volunteer page to write for our website, help with social media, marketing, campaigns, research or submissions.
• Become a monthly supporter or make a donation.
• Get involved in one of our campaigns.
• Consider leaving a gift to Vegan Australia in your will.
